Rubrik is seeking a Senior People Partner to serve as the dedicated HR business partner for Go-to-Market teams across the Asia-Pacific region, based in Bangalore. This role bridges People Services and People Business Partners, providing consultative HR support to managers and employees across APJ markets including Japan, Singapore, and Australia.
Key responsibilities include: serving as the primary HR advisor to business leaders across GTM functions; coaching managers on organizational health, employee relations, performance management, and complex people scenarios; independently designing and delivering manager development programs; leading annual people cycles (performance reviews, talent reviews, compensation planning, succession); identifying and operationalizing AI-enabled HR tools and workflows; collaborating across HR centers of excellence to drive process improvements; and navigating complex employment law and compliance across multiple APJ jurisdictions.
The role requires hands-on expertise in employee relations case management, working knowledge of local labor laws in APJ markets, ability to operate effectively across time zones with global teams, and comfort navigating ambiguity in a matrixed organization. A strong plus is experience designing AI-enabled solutions for HR service delivery and manager enablement.
This is an internationally-facing position requiring regular cross-timezone collaboration with central People teams in India, EMEA, and the USA. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, skilled at identifying HR risks, ensuring compliance, and scaling people solutions across multiple business units and geographies.
