Wag! Group Co. is seeking an experienced Senior People Operations Manager to own the full employee lifecycle outside of recruiting. This is a hands-on, generalist HR operations role based in the downtown Miami office, requiring 5 days per week in-person attendance.
You will serve as the primary HR operations leader, managing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
