As Senior People Operations Generalist, you will build and scale People & Culture-owned systems, programs, and processes supporting employees throughout their journey at Prenuvo. This role blends hands-on people operations execution with continuous process improvement, automation, and project coordination—ideal for someone who enjoys both operational details and the broader employee experience.
Key responsibilities include: improving core People Ops processes (onboarding, offboarding, worker data management, lifecycle transactions); serving as subject-matter expert on company policies and compliance; managing HRIS data integrity through audits and corrective actions; troubleshooting HRIS and P&C systems; supporting system upgrades and module rollouts; generating complex people analytics reports and automating manual workflows; leading cross-functional projects (performance cycles, compensation, system implementations, policy changes); drafting SOPs and policy documents; ensuring compliance with federal, provincial, state, and local employment laws (ESA, FMLA, ADA, FLSA); escalating complex employee relations questions; managing remote work abroad due diligence and company-sponsored immigration cases; and mentoring junior People Operations team members.
You will partner closely with People & Culture Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Benefits, and key stakeholders. The role is remote-first with preference for Eastern Time Zone availability. No visa sponsorship provided; applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
