Tabby is a fintech platform that enables shoppers to split payments with no interest or fees, serving over 15 million users and processing $10 billion in annual transaction volume. The company operates across multiple hubs globally and is valued at $4.5 billion.
You will own the design and execution of culture, engagement, and employee experience programs across Tabby's distributed, multi-hub workforce. This is a strategic, hands-on role that combines creative program design with operational execution and vendor management.
Key responsibilities include:
**Culture & Events**: Design and deliver hub-based events, team buildings, and road trips that strengthen connection and belonging across distributed teams. You'll travel across hubs to bring initiatives to life on the ground.
**Recognition & Milestones**: Build and run scalable recognition programs and milestone moments (birthdays, anniversaries, life events) that feel personal regardless of headcount.
**Merchandise**: Own branded merchandise end-to-end, from concept and production through vendor management and distribution across all hubs.
**Employee Engagement & Communications**: Drive engagement across the distributed workforce through effective internal communications. Advise teams on communication formats and best practices, turning ideas into repeatable, measurable initiatives.
**Global People Initiatives**: Lead cross-hub programs that reinforce shared culture and consistent employee experience across all operating locations.
**Vendor & Budget Management**: Manage external partners and budgets to deliver programs on time and on brand.
You'll operate independently, set standards for the People team, and advise on culture strategy. This is not a hub-specific role; as the company moves to a rotation-based model, you'll build programs that scale globally rather than serving a single office.
