Tabby is a $4.5B fintech unicorn reshaping how people shop, earn, and save. With 15M+ users and $10B in annual transaction volume, the company operates across multiple hubs globally and is transitioning to a rotation-based model.
You'll own the end-to-end design and delivery of culture, engagement, and employee experience programs across Tabby's distributed, multi-hub workforce. This is a strategic, hands-on role that combines creative program design with operational execution and vendor management.
Key responsibilities:
**Culture & Events**: Design and deliver hub events, team buildings, and road trips that strengthen belonging and connection across distributed teams. You'll travel across hubs to bring initiatives to life on the ground.
**Recognition & Milestones**: Build and run scalable recognition programs and milestone moments (birthdays, work anniversaries, new-baby gifts, etc.) that feel personal regardless of headcount.
**Branded Merchandise**: Own merch end-to-end—concept, production, vendor management, and distribution across hubs.
**Employee Engagement & Communications**: Drive engagement across the distributed workforce through effective internal communications. Advise teams on communication formats and best practices. Turn ideas into repeatable, measurable initiatives.
**Global People Initiatives**: Lead cross-hub programs that reinforce shared culture and consistent employee experience everywhere Tabby operates.
**Vendor & Budget Management**: Manage external partners and budgets to deliver programs on time and on brand.
You'll operate independently, set the standard for the People team, and advise on broader people strategy. This is not a hub-specific role; you'll build programs that scale globally while partnering with local hub experts as knowledge resources.
Required: Proven experience owning employee events, team-building, and engagement programs end-to-end across multiple locations or distributed workforces. Creative mindset with a track record of turning ideas into scalable initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and the maturity to operate independently. Proven experience managing employee engagement through effective internal communications. Comfort with vendor, budget, and logistics management across markets. Willingness and ability to travel across hubs. Easy EU travel mobility is essential.
