Spendesk is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join its People team, reporting to the Head of People Partnership & Operations. This is a strategic role supporting the Go-To-Market organization (~100 people across France, UK, Germany, and Spain) during a critical growth phase.
Key responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders and managers throughout the employee lifecycle, coaching managers on performance management and team development, and proactively identifying people challenges to translate into action plans. You will drive performance management cycles, support organizational design and workforce planning in a fast-evolving GTM context, and align cross-functional stakeholders on people-related initiatives.
The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making: you'll leverage people analytics to identify trends, anticipate risks, and build models that turn people metrics into actionable recommendations for business leaders. A distinctive aspect is designing and building AI agents to automate and enhance People Partnership processes, identifying opportunities where AI can reduce manual work and improve employee experience at scale.
You'll also contribute to Works Council (CSE) topics and ensure proper follow-up, managing complex stakeholder relationships and influencing without direct authority.
Required qualifications include proven seniority in a People Partner role within a similar or high-growth environment, strong knowledge of GTM populations (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and their specific challenges, and a data-driven mindset with ability to build models and interpret people analytics. You should be AI-curious and hands-on with experience or strong appetite for building AI agents and automating HR workflows using modern tools. Excellent stakeholder management skills, experience with Works Council/CSE processes (a plus), and fluency in English and French are essential; Spanish is a strong advantage given the geographic scope.
