Key Responsibilities:

- Drive priority commercial initiatives across the UK and EEA markets, identifying opportunities to launch adjacent financial products and expand strategic partner coverage
Success Metrics:
- Establish yourself as a trusted commercial advisor to executive leadership across your assigned bank portfolio
- Deliver measurable deposit growth by optimizing bank partner pricing, funding targets, and market positioning
- Successfully lead complex bank integration and product launch milestones on schedule
The role is hybrid, with office presence twice weekly (Wednesday is the core in-office day). You'll work in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment managing multiple relationships and ad-hoc projects concurrently.
Requirements:
- Top-tier Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline
- 3–6+ years of professional experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Strategic Partnerships within a B2B Fintech/BaaS scale-up
- Strong command of bank balance sheets, deposit mechanics, regulatory frameworks, and commercial deal structuring
- Exceptional capability to translate complex financial and technical concepts into structured executive presentations for bank leaders
- Demonstrated track record of leading complex, multi-variable projects autonomously in fast-paced environments
Nice-to-Haves:
- Direct experience with UK/EEA banking regulations (FCA, BaFin), liquidity coverage ratios (LCR), or BaaS/Open Banking infrastructure
- Transaction, M&A, treasury, or advisory experience working directly with UK and European retail or commercial banks
