Salary: USD 145,000 - 165,000 / annual
Via is transforming transportation through technology, building AI-powered software and operations solutions for transit networks globally. As Senior Partner Success Manager, you will own the success of transportation services across a partner portfolio in the Central US market, serving as the primary point of contact for partner leadership and key stakeholders.
You will drive revenue growth by securing renewals, expanding existing contracts, and landing upsells through negotiations with senior stakeholders. You'll act as a trusted advisor, translating partner needs into concrete service improvements using Via's full platform. Daily responsibilities include analyzing service performance data to inform strategic decisions that improve quality, efficiency, and growth. You will advocate internally for partners, working cross-functionally to champion new products and capabilities that expand service scope.
This is a remote-first role supporting the Central US market. Via is open to candidates across the country, including Chicago and cities in Texas, Michigan, Ohio, Colorado, and beyond. You'll be expected to travel frequently to connect with partners face-to-face.
Via's platform digitizes, automates, and enables data-driven decision-making for transportation networks including fixed-route buses, microtransit, paratransit, school buses, and autonomous vehicles. The company was founded in 2012 and operates globally with teams of engineers, data scientists, product managers, operations specialists, and transit experts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of relevant work experience, including direct client-facing experience
- Natural relationship builder who remains calm under pressure and celebrates partner successes
- Quantitatively inclined and data savvy; comfortable drawing insights from complex datasets and translating numbers into actionable recommendations
- Reliable, motivated self-starter with strong growth mindset
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments; thrive with high responsibility and aren't deterred by setbacks
- Excellent team player and meaningful individual contributor; enjoy mentoring and cross-organizational collaboration
- Comfortable with frequent travel
