Via is a transportation technology platform that powers modern public transit systems globally. As a Senior Partner Success Manager, you will own the success of advanced transportation systems across a strategic portfolio of city and agency partners, serving as the primary point of contact for executive leadership. You will act as a trusted advisor and consultant, translating partner needs and community requirements into revenue opportunities and service improvements. Key responsibilities include building deep, long-term relationships with partners by identifying pain points and proactively recognizing growth opportunities; leading analysis of service performance data to inform strategic decisions; independently managing complex, multi-year contract renewals and service expansions with senior stakeholders; and championing new products internally to facilitate partner expansion. This is a high-impact individual contributor role requiring full ownership of a strategic portfolio and a high degree of autonomy. You will work alongside collaborative teams passionate about improving public transportation access to jobs, healthcare, and education. Required qualifications: 7+ years in client-facing roles (consulting, customer success, or high-growth companies) with a proven track record managing senior stakeholder relationships independently. Fluency in both French and English is required for frequent client interaction. You should be quantitatively inclined and data-savvy, using complex datasets to drive strategic decisions. An entrepreneurial relationship builder who brings clarity to politically sensitive situations, you are a reliable self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and elevates those around you.
