Salary: USD 145,000 - 165,000 / annual

Via is transforming transportation globally through AI-powered software and technology-enabled operations. As a Senior Partner Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for Via's transportation partners across the Central US market, driving long-term revenue growth and operational excellence. You will own the success of transportation services across your partner portfolio, serving as the key stakeholder contact for partner leadership. Your responsibilities include securing renewals, expanding existing contracts, and landing upsells through strategic negotiations with senior stakeholders to grow revenue year-over-year. You'll act as a trusted advisor, translating partner needs into concrete service improvements and leveraging Via's full platform to help them build better, more effective transportation services. You will analyze service performance data on daily, weekly, and long-term bases, turning complex datasets into clear strategic decisions that improve quality, efficiency, and growth. Internally, you'll advocate for your partners, working cross-functionally to champion new products and capabilities that expand the size and scope of their services. This is a remote-first role with flexibility across the Central US, including Chicago and cities across Texas, Michigan, Ohio, Colorado, and beyond. The role requires frequent travel to connect with partners face-to-face. Via was founded in 2012 and serves transportation networks globally, including fixed-route buses, microtransit, paratransit, school buses, and autonomous vehicles. The company combines world-class engineers, data scientists, product managers, operations specialists, and transit experts to deliver cutting-edge solutions. REQUIREMENTS: - 6+ years of relevant work experience, including direct client-facing experience - Natural relationship builder; calm and collected under pressure; celebrates partner successes - Quantitatively inclined and data-savvy; able to draw insights from complex datasets and turn raw numbers into actionable recommendations - Reliable, motivated self-starter with strong growth mindset - Comfortable in fast-paced environments; thrive with high responsibility and aren't deterred by setbacks - Excellent team player and meaningful individual contributor; enjoy mentoring others - Comfortable with frequent travel and excited to connect with partners face-to-face
