Establish scalable workflows and continuously refine processes based on feedback and outcomes. **Partner Enablement & Go-to-Market Support:** Develop and deliver partner training, webinars, workshops, and office hours. Ensure partners understand Benepass products, ideal customer profiles, implementation processes, and value propositions. Support smooth handoffs between partner, Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams. **Customer Outcomes & Performance:** Monitor partner and referred-client performance metrics (activation, utilization, engagement, retention, satisfaction). Conduct regular performance reviews, identify risks early, coordinate resolution, and identify expansion opportunities. **Cross-Functional Leadership:** Act as the voice of the partner internally, surfacing needs and market opportunities. Influence Product, Operations, and Support priorities. Build playbooks and standard operating procedures. Establish clear ownership and communication across teams. Maintain accurate partner data in CRM systems. Success means partners are knowledgeable and engaged, new partnerships move smoothly through implementation, Benepass has clear repeatable onboarding processes, partner-sourced pipeline and retention improve, partner satisfaction remains strong, and internal teams have clear visibility into partner needs and opportunities. **Requirements:** - 5+ years of experience in partnerships, customer success, account management, channel management, implementation, or similar client-facing role - Experience in employee benefits, HR technology, SaaS, fintech, benefits administration, or related industry - Demonstrated success managing strategic external relationships and senior stakeholders - Strong experience leading implementations, onboarding programs, or complex cross-functional projects - Track record of creating scalable processes, playbooks, templates, and operating practices - Commercial orientation with ability to identify and support expansion opportunities - Comfort using data to assess account health and recommend actions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level conversations - Strong organization, judgment, follow-through, and attention to detail - Ability to operate independently, influence without authority, and bring structure to evolving environments **Nice to Have:** - Experience with digital health companies, benefits consultants, PEOs, TPAs, HRIS providers, or benefits-administration platforms - Experience building or managing a channel, referral, marketplace, or strategic partner program - Familiarity with spending accounts and global health and wellness benefits - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM/customer-success platforms - Experience supporting integrations, fintech products, payments, or benefits technology workflows - Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings and industry conferences
