As Senior Partner Project Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle management of major events from contract signature through final closing. You will serve as the primary point of contact between event organizers and all internal teams (sales, legal, product, engineering, support), ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery. Key responsibilities include: - Managing the entire event delivery process from commercial contract through post-event closing - Acting as the central stakeholder liaison across event organizers, internal departments, and external partners - Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery of project requirements - Communicating product and process needs to headquarters; partnering with product and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver solutions - Creating and maintaining comprehensive Q&A documentation to support the user support team and prevent incidents - Ensuring all project requirements are fully documented and tracked - Attending on-site events during launches and other critical milestones as needed You will thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The role requires managing multiple parallel workstreams, building strong relationships with partners and internal teams, and identifying creative solutions to complex operational challenges. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years of project management experience or consulting background (event industry experience is a plus but not required) - Fluent in English, German, and Polish (additional languages a plus) - Degree-qualified - Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship management skills - Proven ability to work in ambiguous environments and deliver results - Exceptional attention to detail with strategic thinking capability - Solution-focused problem-solving approach - Ability to handle large volumes of parallel work and coordinate across departments - Knowledge of promotional tools (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus - Strong academic background is a plus
