You will own the complete lifecycle management of large-scale events from contract signing through final closing. As the primary point of contact between event organizers and internal teams, you will coordinate across departments to ensure timely delivery of all project requirements. Your responsibilities include: - Managing the entire event lifecycle from sales/legal handoff to event closing - Serving as the main stakeholder liaison between event organizers and internal teams (product, engineering, support, etc.) - Coordinating cross-departmental tasks to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery - Communicating product and process needs to headquarters and working with product/engineering teams to prioritize and deliver solutions - Creating and maintaining comprehensive Q&A documentation to support the user support team - Ensuring all project requirements are properly documented - Attending on-site events when necessary for launches and key milestones You will work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment requiring a blend of project management and operational expertise. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years in a project management role or consulting background (event experience is a plus but not required) - Fluent in English, German, and Polish (additional languages a plus) - Degree-qualified - Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills - Solution-focused problem-solving approach - Proven track record of building positive working relationships - Ability to handle large amounts of parallel work and communicate effectively with partners, brands, agencies, and talent - Strategic thinking capability when analyzing partnership briefs and event data - Knowledge of promotional tools (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus - Strong academic background is a plus
