As Senior Partner Project Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle management of large-scale events from contract signing through final closing. You will serve as the primary point of contact between event organizers and all internal teams (sales, legal, product, engineering, support), ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the entire event lifecycle from commercial contract through post-event closing
- Coordinating cross-departmental tasks and ensuring on-time, on-spec delivery
- Communicating product and process requirements to headquarters and collaborating with product/engineering teams to prioritize and deliver solutions
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive Q&A documentation to support the user support team
- Ensuring all project requirements are properly documented
- On-site presence during event launches and other critical dates as needed
- Acting as a bridge between event partners, brands, agencies, talent, and internal stakeholders
You will thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, managing multiple parallel workstreams while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. The role requires a blend of project management discipline, operational excellence, entrepreneurial mindset, and relationship-building skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of project management experience or consulting background (event industry experience is a plus but not required)
- Fluent in English, German, and Polish (additional languages a plus)
- Degree-qualified
- Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
- Solution-focused problem-solving ability
- Proven track record of building positive working relationships
- Ability to handle large volumes of work and parallel workstreams
- Collaborative, hands-on mindset willing to tackle all required tasks
- Knowledge of promotional tools (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus
- Strong academic background is a plus
