As Senior Partner Project Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle management of large-scale events from contract signature through final closing. You serve as the primary point of contact between event organizers and all internal teams (sales, legal, product, engineering, support), ensuring seamless coordination and on-time delivery. Key responsibilities include: - Managing the entire event lifecycle from commercial contract through post-event closing - Acting as the central stakeholder coordinator across event organizers, internal departments, and external partners - Owning project delivery while managing cross-departmental task execution - Communicating product and process requirements to headquarters; collaborating with product/engineering teams to prioritize and deliver solutions - Creating and maintaining comprehensive Q&A documentation to support the user support team - Ensuring all project requirements are fully documented and tracked - Attending on-site events during launches and critical dates as needed You will thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, balancing strategic thinking with exceptional attention to detail. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years of project management experience or consulting background (event industry experience is a plus but not required) - Fluent in English, Polish, and German (additional languages a plus) - Degree-qualified - Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills - Solution-focused problem-solving approach - Proven track record of building positive working relationships - Ability to handle large amounts of parallel work and ambiguous environments - Knowledge of promotional tools (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus - Strong academic background is a plus
