This Senior Operations Manager role owns the full project lifecycle and day-to-day execution for strategic initiatives including the Engage rollout and 2026/2027 new product launches (Neuropsych, Exclusive Outpatient Network, Lyra AI). You will translate high-level organizational goals into clear, actionable roadmaps and project plans for internal teams and Service Line Leads. You'll design scope and structure for medium to large cross-functional teams while actively supporting junior team members in creating materials and facilitating successful meetings.
Key responsibilities include driving change enablement by independently addressing operational and team challenges, managing multiple or complex operational projects with minimal support, and directing efforts of junior and senior operations team members plus cross-functional partners to meet aggressive deadlines. You'll build and sustain strong cross-functional relationships, serving as the operational liaison with major partners to proactively advance projects. You'll also triage and resolve complex project roadblocks, escalating high-stakes risks and challenges appropriately.
Required qualifications: 10+ years of operations, management consulting, or program management experience with a Bachelor's degree in business operations, management, or related field, preferably in healthcare or high-growth tech. You must set strategic context while maintaining grasp of key details, successfully navigate competing tensions, and identify clear pathways forward. Demonstrated expertise in complex stakeholder management and ability to push for prioritization tradeoffs to maintain scope and timelines. Fluency in multiple systems and mastery of project management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) for complex resource and dependency tracking.
