Salary: USD 98,800 - 115,000 / annual
Rent the Runway is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations to lead all Outbound and ICQA (Incoming Quality Control & Assurance) functions within the Arlington Distribution Center. This role oversees day-to-day operations across Picking, Assembly, Shipping, and ICQA departments, ensuring safety, quality, throughput, and turnaround targets are consistently met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Directly manage and develop Operations Managers and their teams
- Oversee departmental financial planning and budget management to maximize efficiency and ROI
- Drive quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives across all operations
- Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures for scalable performance
- Define, track, and evaluate performance metrics and operational KPIs
- Lead internal continuous improvement and audit programs
- Partner on warehouse design, layout optimization, and new business initiatives
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term operational plans aligned to company growth
- Provide technical, analytical, and statistical expertise to support data-driven decision-making
You'll bring 5+ years of supply chain, operations, warehousing, or project management experience, with 5+ years of supervisory/management experience. A B.S. in business administration, manufacturing, or supply chain is required (MBA preferred). You have strong analytical skills, Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, and experience building and owning operating metrics. You're relentless about improving processes, solving complex operational problems, and collaborating across operations, finance, accounting, and procurement teams.
