Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Observability Architect to serve as the primary technical point of contact and strategic partner for a portfolio of enterprise customers. In this hands-on, high-impact role, you will architect and guide the implementation of complex observability solutions across modern infrastructure and application environments, working directly with engineers, SREs, and architects to ensure Grafana's technology is deeply embedded into mission-critical systems.
You will own the long-term technical success of assigned customers, leading technical discovery, design, onboarding, and enablement initiatives. Key responsibilities include designing observability maturity journeys, providing expert-level troubleshooting and guidance, conducting regular technical reviews and health checks, and assisting in root cause analysis. You'll advise clients on best practices, help develop and execute technical roadmaps, and identify opportunities to optimize costs and expand product adoption.
This role requires you to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while serving as the internal voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and priorities to shape product feedback and roadmap decisions. You'll develop technical documentation, conduct training sessions and workshops, and work alongside account teams to assess customer satisfaction and calculate ROI.
