Super.com is seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator to own their NetSuite ERP platform end-to-end, reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager. This is a strategic ownership role within the Accounting team, responsible for managing, customizing, and enhancing the NetSuite environment to support the company's financial operations, from month-end close to audit readiness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the full lifecycle of the NetSuite environment, including architecture design, configuration, customization, and release management across GL, AR, Advanced Revenue Management, Procure-to-Pay, and International Consolidations & Reporting
- Build and maintain customizations such as SuiteFlow workflows, SuiteScript automations, custom records, fields, objects, approval processes, saved searches, dashboards, and SuiteAnalytics reporting
- Manage roles, permissions, and security in partnership with the Internal Controls Manager to establish change management, data governance, and audit-ready SLAs
- Own integrations between NetSuite and the surrounding finance stack (Ramp, Floqast, Workiva, Claude Co-work), providing technical support and resolving ad hoc issues
- Monitor system performance and partner with the NetSuite ACS team to proactively address risks, weaknesses, and performance issues
- Drive the NetSuite roadmap by identifying optimization opportunities, recommending best practices, and proposing strategic system enhancements
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across finance workflows, including deploying AI agents to replace manual processes
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring NetSuite ERP across multiple finance modules
- NetSuite Administrator Certification or equivalent
- Proven SuiteScript development experience with ability to design, build, and maintain scripts
- Deep expertise in end-to-end financial workflows, including month-end close and consolidation processes
- Experience establishing change management, data governance, and audit-ready controls
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted relationships with accounting leadership
- Experience with AI and LLM-driven automation in finance contexts is a plus; familiarity with Ramp or Workiva is a strong plus
