As a Senior Mobile Engineer specializing in Flutter, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing Allica's mobile applications.
You will work within multidisciplinary teams to design, build, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for iOS and Android platforms. Your responsibilities include writing well-architected, testable, and efficient code; planning and prioritizing work with input from stakeholders; and building deep domain knowledge to identify new requirements and opportunities. You will mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing, fostering a collaborative engineering culture.
Key technical expectations include strong commercial Flutter/Dart experience with expertise in design patterns (MVVM, MVP, VIP), native iOS/Android development, and modern strongly-typed languages (Swift, Kotlin, ObjectiveC, Java). You should have hands-on experience with mobile UI development, design system collaboration (Figma), accessibility, localization, and responsive design. You will demonstrate proficiency with Git workflows, comprehensive testing frameworks (unit, integration, UI snapshot testing), CI/CD pipelines, and mobile security practices including certificate pinning and code obfuscation.
You will work in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban), collaborate with designers and test engineers, and apply SOLID principles and TDD/BDD methodologies. Understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and quality assurance processes is essential. The role values continuous learning and passion for technology beyond your core specialization.
