Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Mission Operations Engineer to join the Connected Warfare division. This role is central to executing Anduril's mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced defense technology. You will orchestrate the deployment of Anduril's flagship hardware and software products in support of customer missions. Working across product, engineering, logistics, and technical operations teams, you will own customer relationships, develop deployment plans, and ensure high performance in the field. You'll train end users, monitor engagement, and collaborate with engineering teams to rapidly address issues and improve user experience. Beyond operations, you will drive commercial growth by establishing trust-based partnerships with customers, identifying future opportunities for Anduril's technology, and meeting commercial targets. You'll represent customer needs to internal teams, helping shape product development to solve critical national security challenges. This is a highly collaborative role requiring engagement across nearly every Anduril function—business development, engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, and technical operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring alignment and informed decision-making across these teams. The ideal candidate brings a mission-first mindset, understanding that U.S. and allied defense capabilities depend on innovative solutions. You have an ownership mentality—comfortable assuming responsibility, maintaining healthy skepticism, and driving performance. You're equally adept at shaping proposals, pitching to new customers, collaborating with engineers on features, or deploying products in the field. Technical acumen, comfort with complex systems, and the ability to navigate organizational challenges are essential. An active security clearance is required.
