Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Mission Operations Engineer to lead the deployment and integration of advanced defense technology systems for Army Intelligence missions. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical operations, and product strategy within the Connected Warfare division.
You will orchestrate the deployment of Anduril's flagship software and hardware products to Army Intelligence environments, managing the full lifecycle from planning and integration through training and performance optimization. Working closely with engineering, logistics, and technical operations teams, you'll own customer relationships and ensure mission success.
Key responsibilities include: leading product deployment planning and execution at Aberdeen Proving Ground; developing programmatic and business strategies to drive technology adoption within the Army Intelligence community; translating Army tactical and enterprise intelligence workflows into actionable product requirements; and collaborating across engineering, product, business development, contracting, and technical operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
You will work directly with Army PMs and acquisition leaders to understand their problem sets, propose solutions, and identify future opportunities for Anduril's technology. This requires establishing trust-based partnerships and serving as the voice of the customer within Anduril's product roadmap discussions.
The ideal candidate combines technical depth with strategic thinking—comfortable discussing complex system architectures, understanding modern software/hardware integration, and getting hands-on in lab environments.
