BillionToOne is a publicly traded molecular diagnostics company transforming healthcare through precision medicine. The company has grown from $0 to $400M+ annualized revenue in 6 years and recently completed a successful IPO in 2025. They develop breakthrough diagnostic tests including Unity Complete (prenatal screening), Unity Confirm (fetal cell capture), and Northstar (cancer liquid biopsy).
As Senior Marketing Specialist, you will own day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and programs across multiple channels. You will manage the company's customer-facing marketing collateral library, ensuring materials are current, accurate, and accessible to internal teams. You will coordinate production, printing, inventory, and distribution of brochures, flyers, sales collateral, and event materials.
You will have full ownership of BillionToOne's social media channels, developing and maintaining the content calendar, drafting and scheduling posts across corporate and product initiatives, and monitoring performance metrics. You will support lifecycle and integrated campaigns across email, webinar, SMS, direct mail, digital advertising, web, and social channels, including product launches and newsletters. This includes building, testing, and deploying campaigns with proper segmentation, personalization, tracking, and QA.
You will support targeted programs including A/B tests, nurture campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and executive outreach, documenting learnings and reporting on campaign performance. You will also support project and workflow management across the Marketing team, maintaining timelines, trackers, and approvals to help work move efficiently from concept through launch.
The role reports to the Marketing Operations Manager and offers the opportunity to develop broad experience across marketing channels in a fast-growing healthcare company. You will work closely with the Marketing team and cross-functional partners including Sales, Communications, and Product.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, campaign management, communications, or related role
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience executing marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, digital advertising, and/or web
- Experience managing social media channels and developing social content for a brand or organization
- Excellent analytical skills for interpreting and applying insights to campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent proofreading and quality-control instincts
- Comfortable working with marketing technology, project management, and content management tools (Salesforce, Customer.io, Sequel.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Asana, Sprout Social, or similar)
- Strong project management skills and ability to proactively drive work forward across multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly
- Resourceful, collaborative, low-ego team player willing to jump in wherever needed
- Healthcare, diagnostics, biotech, medtech, or regulated-industry experience is a plus
