Tripadvisor is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for Loyalty to own and grow the rewards programs across Tripadvisor and Viator. This role combines strategic direction-setting with hands-on execution, working closely with product, engineering, analytics, and CRM teams.
Key responsibilities include: defining and evolving the Tripadvisor Rewards value proposition and tiering strategy; planning and executing always-on and calendared campaigns (Welcome Offers, Travel Deal Tuesday, sweepstakes, challenges, partner-funded promotions) across paid and owned channels; driving cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, design, and analytics to test and launch new program mechanics; building business cases using booking and program data to prioritize initiatives and prove ROI; running and interpreting holdout/control tests to inform go/no-go decisions; benchmarking competitive loyalty programs (Starbucks, Nike, Sephora) to inform strategy; and operating at all levels from strategy to campaign execution.
Required experience: 5+ years of hands-on marketing across strategy and execution in travel, e-commerce, subscription, or retail; proven product marketing skills translating capabilities into member value propositions; strong analytical abilities working with data independently or partnering with analytics teams; demonstrated use of AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making; global-first mindset; cross-functional leadership experience driving alignment across product, engineering, design, analytics, and CRM in fast-paced, iterative environments; bias for action with limited resources; and excellent written and verbal communication.
Nice-to-have qualifications include loyalty/membership program experience, understanding of program economics, familiarity with marketplace/two-sided dynamics, tech company experience, and background in travel, experiences, or marketplace businesses.
