Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to own and scale the company's global trade show strategy. You will serve as the single point of accountability for Anduril's presence at major defense, aerospace, and technology expos worldwide, acting as the bridge between executive business strategy, internal design teams, and on-the-ground execution. Key responsibilities include: Strategy & Executive Alignment: Drive the global trade show portfolio strategy, ensuring company-wide clarity on where Anduril shows up, why, what is showcased, and required footprint size. Partner closely with executive leads to define business strategy, product priorities, narrative objectives, and success criteria. Coordinate cross-functionally with Business Development, Product Marketing, Communications, and Government Relations to amplify key announcements and product demonstrations. Orchestrate executive engagements, VIP delegations, customer meetings, and media briefings on-site. Governance, Budget & ROI: Manage the global trade show budget end-to-end with financial discipline and transparent forecasting. Establish company-wide frameworks for trade show attendance, badge allocations, and travel/expense governance in partnership with the Chief Administrative Officer. Develop and implement robust measurement and ROI frameworks, evaluating both quantitative metrics (pipeline influence, lead acquisition) and qualitative impact (brand positioning, government relations). Partner with RevOps to implement lead capture, post-event attribution, and Salesforce CRM workflows. Execution & Production: Collaborate with Anduril's internal design team on creative vision, industrial design, and spatial architecture of exhibits. Manage complex hardware logistics and freight shipping for defense assets, aircraft, uncrewed systems, and prototypes, ensuring strict adherence to export/ITAR controls and security protocols. Build standardized playbooks and timelines to scale operations efficiently. Required: 8+ years in trade show management, experiential marketing, or large-scale technical event production (aerospace/defense or high-consequence hardware preferred). Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar global event budgets with clear ROI frameworks and attendance governance.
