The team includes experienced hires from Google, Meta, Salesforce, Pave, Motive, and Square. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally at an early-stage, high-growth startup - Proven track record building marketing programs from scratch without large team, budget, or established playbook - Strong organic marketing experience with demonstrated ability to grow inbound traffic and generate pipeline - Excellent writing, storytelling, and creative instincts - Data-driven mindset; comfortable using funnel and campaign metrics to inform decisions - Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot, marketing analytics, attribution, and AI/automation tools (Claude Code, n8n) - Execution-oriented; comfortable figuring things out and doing the work yourself - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and external partners - High ownership, strong judgment, and bias toward action - Cloud marketplace, SaaS, or ecosystem-led growth experience is a strong plus
