HoneyBook is seeking a Senior Marketing Designer to join its design organization in Tel Aviv. This is an end-to-end role spanning campaign strategy through concept, design, and launch. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, growth, brand, and product teams to shape how HoneyBook communicates with independent service professionals and prospective customers. Key responsibilities include translating positioning and campaign strategy into distinctive, on-brand design across web, lifecycle, email, paid, and social channels. You will own creative projects from brief through shipped assets, including landing pages, launch campaigns, email, and sales enablement materials. The role emphasizes rapid prototyping and testing using modern tools (Claude, Weave, Midjourney, Figma) to validate creative directions with stakeholders and users quickly. You will partner with growth and lifecycle marketers to make design decisions grounded in real metrics, not just aesthetic appeal. Beyond individual campaigns, you will contribute to HoneyBook's visual system, brand craft, and design culture. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of experience designing and shipping marketing or brand work at meaningful scale, with measurable outcomes. HoneyBook values first-principles thinking—questioning briefs and assumptions before execution. You should be a strategic storyteller who connects business goals, audience insights, and positioning into compelling creative. Exceptional craft is essential: attention to detail, strong art direction, and uncompromising quality. Finally, you should be a simplifier who prioritizes the one thing that matters and removes unnecessary elements. HoneyBook is an AI-powered business management platform for service-based entrepreneurs, founded in 2013 and headquartered in San Francisco with offices in Tel Aviv. The company has processed over $12 billion in transactions and powered 25 million client relationships. It has raised $498M from top-tier investors including Tiger Global, Norwest Venture Partners, and Battery Ventures. The company culture emphasizes collaboration, ownership, growth mindset, and authenticity.
