Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to live experiences. The Business Development team serves as both the market face of Fever and the voice of the market internally. This Senior Market Strategy and Partnerships Manager role is based in Seoul and focuses on building and scaling Fever's presence across South Korea and internationally. Key responsibilities include: - Building deep, strategic relationships with major entertainment producers, creators, venues, and key stakeholders in the Korean market - Developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy for the region with innovative approaches to scaling Fever's presence - Managing commercial strategy with large partners to ensure mutual value creation and sustainable partnerships - Balancing and growing a large client base with strong organizational skills - Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Category Management, Partner Support, Operations, Tech, Product, and Finance teams - Staying current with entertainment trends and positioning yourself as the regional expert on emerging experiences You'll work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where data-driven decision-making meets creative execution. The role requires strategic thinking across marketing, pricing, operations, and financing—going well beyond transactional relationship management to act as a true advisor and partner to clients. Required qualifications: - 4+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or equivalent - Strong business development and partnership management background - Self-starter mentality suited to a dynamic startup environment - Data-driven approach to business strategy and prioritization - Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytical tools - Fluency in English and Korean (preferred) - Based in or willing to relocate to Seoul
