Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating in 55+ countries with 300+ million monthly users. The platform connects event creators, producers, and cultural organizations with audiences through data-driven technology and partnerships.
You will lead Fever's market expansion in the Czech Republic as a Senior Market Strategy and Partnerships Manager, owning the market end-to-end. This is a high-impact role combining business development, operations, and strategic planning.
Key responsibilities include:
• Build and cultivate deep business relationships with major producers, creators, venues, and entertainment industry stakeholders in Czech Republic
• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to scale Fever's presence and market penetration
• Manage commercial partnerships with large event organizers, ensuring mutual value creation and long-term sustainability
• Balance and grow a large client base with strong organizational and account management skills
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, User Support, Category Management, Lead Generation, Partner Support, and Sales Operations teams
• Stay current with cultural trends and entertainment landscape developments in the region
• Source, curate, and grow experiential content across the market, from pop-ups to headline cultural events
• Support partner growth initiatives both regionally and internationally
You'll work within Fever's Business Development team, which is central to the marketplace's mission of democratizing access to culture. The team partners with Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, Primavera Sound, and other major industry leaders. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and ability to operate independently while driving strategic outcomes.
