The Business Development team sits at the core of Fever's platform, connecting world-class experiences with large audiences while helping the live entertainment industry grow. This role focuses on driving Fever's expansion across the UK's entertainment industry by building and nurturing deep commercial relationships with top producers, creators, venues, and key stakeholders. As Senior Market Strategy and Partnerships Manager, you will develop and execute an innovative growth strategy to scale market presence in the UK, expertly managing commercial strategies to ensure mutual value creation. You'll build sustainable, long-term partnerships with event organizers while balancing a growing client base. Key responsibilities include: - Creating and cultivating deep business relationships with major producers, creators, venues, and key stakeholders in the entertainment industry - Developing and delivering a comprehensive growth strategy for the UK market - Managing commercial negotiations and partnership terms to drive mutual value - Serving as the in-house expert on entertainment trends and emerging experiences - Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Category Management, Partner Support, Operations, Tech, Product, Finance) both in the UK and internationally - Taking full ownership of partner success, acting as a true advisor at every growth stage - Driving data-informed decision-making across partnerships The role requires strong strategic thinking, problem-solving across marketing, pricing, operations, and financing topics, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where creativity meets execution.
