This role blends strategic thinking, analytics, and operational excellence in a highly collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include: serving as a trusted thought partner on high-stakes, ambiguous strategic questions; owning the full arc of analysis from problem structuring through implementation and follow-up; translating complex operational and customer data into actionable insights; building planning rhythms, goals, and success metrics for cross-functional alignment; partnering with leadership on executive-level strategic priorities; building strong relationships across Marketing, Support, and vertical market teams; and raising the analytical bar through repeatable frameworks and self-serve tools. Strong quantitative skills including proficiency with complex financial models, ability to work with large and imperfect datasets, and SQL experience (or willingness to learn). Structured problem-solving approach with hypothesis-led, answer-first methodology. Excellent slide-building and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
