Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the energy and compute backbone for the world's most ambitious AI workloads. As Senior Manager of Technical Recruiting, you will own and scale Crusoe's technical recruiting function during a pivotal growth phase, reporting to the Director of Technical Talent Acquisition.
You will set strategic direction for attracting and hiring top technical talent across Engineering, Infrastructure, AI, Hardware, and Product organizations. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution: you'll build and lead a team of recruiting managers, recruiters, and sourcers; partner with executive leadership on workforce planning; and develop the systems, data, and processes that enable efficient scaling without compromising talent quality.
Key responsibilities include setting technical recruiting strategy aligned to company-wide growth goals, building and scaling a high-performing recruiting team with a culture of accountability and development, serving as a trusted advisor to Director+ and VP stakeholders on hiring strategy and org design, owning recruiting performance metrics and translating pipeline health into actionable insights, leading adoption of AI and automation in recruiting workflows, championing structured and inclusive interviewing practices, and developing scalable playbooks and enablement programs.
You'll operate as a strategic partner to Recruiting Operations, Talent Intelligence, and senior business leaders, representing Talent Acquisition in hiring strategy conversations and bringing market data to inform business decisions.
Required qualifications: 10+ years of technical recruiting experience including 4+ years leading recruiting leaders/managers in high-growth tech; demonstrated success building and scaling recruiting orgs through hypergrowth or major expansion; strong track record advising executive leadership on complex hiring and workforce planning strategy; deep fluency in recruiting data and metrics; expert-level knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing technology, and AI-enabled recruiting tools; exceptional executive presence and communication skills; proven ability to build and lead multi-layered recruiting teams in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Bonus experience includes recruiting for infrastructure, cloud computing, AI/ML, hardware, manufacturing, or data center organizations; partnering with People Analytics or Talent Intelligence functions; and building org-wide enablement programs or recruiting playbooks.
