Salary: USD 145,000 - 175,000 / annual

Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building energy-efficient data centers to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. The company owns and operates the full stack from energy generation through cloud services, positioning itself at the intersection of energy and AI compute. The Senior Manager, Tax will lead tax structuring, compliance, and financial modeling for Crusoe's growing pipeline of data center projects. This is a strategic role reporting to the Senior Director, Tax, serving as the primary subject matter expert on partnerships and tax equity structures. Key responsibilities include: - Leading tax structuring and execution of complex tax equity investments, joint ventures, and project financing partnerships - Directing and reviewing financial models for project partnerships, analyzing tax allocations, capital accounts, outside basis, and cash/tax waterfalls - Analyzing complex technical tax issues including Investment Tax Credits (ITC), MACRS depreciation schedules, and Section 754 adjustments - Monitoring federal and state tax law changes affecting renewable energy and partnership taxation - Coordinating with external tax advisory firms on tax return preparation, Schedule K-1s, partnership tax allocations, and audit defenses - Serving as the key bridge between Real Estate Development, Accounting, Finance, Treasury, and Legal teams on partnership tax matters The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with minimum 7 years of corporate or partnership tax experience. A master's degree and CPA or J.D. certification are preferred. Experience with Investment Tax Credits, energy credits, or real estate is a bonus.
