This Senior Manager role leads the Talent Strategy team's partnership model across key business functions. You will manage and develop a team of Talent Strategy Partners, translating business priorities into practical talent plans, workforce strategies, and leadership support initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a team of Talent Strategy Partners to strengthen leadership effectiveness and organizational health
- Partnering with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives
- Guiding leaders through organizational change with clarity and confidence
- Driving company-wide talent programs including performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews
- Using workforce data and business metrics to influence strategic decisions
- Identifying opportunities to leverage AI to improve decision quality and scale People Team impact
- Collaborating with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Total Rewards, and executive stakeholders
You will operate in a hands-on leadership capacity, coaching leaders through transformation, improving team operations, and connecting talent strategy directly to business outcomes. The role requires someone comfortable with ambiguity who can simplify complex people and organizational challenges into scalable solutions.
