Payoneer, a global fintech platform founded in 2005, is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Development to lead the growth side of their talent agenda. This hybrid role is based in Buenos Aires and sits at the intersection of business strategy and people strategy. You will own career pathways, skills taxonomy, progression models, and learning programs that build capability across the organization. Key responsibilities include: • Design and build clear, motivating career pathways and skills-progression frameworks that show employees how they grow at Payoneer, defining what "good" looks like at each level. • Translate Payoneer's ways of working into a concrete, usable skills taxonomy—defining skills that matter, mapping them to roles and levels, and connecting them to development. • Lead AI education and capability building across the organization. Design and deliver learning that grows AI literacy, fluency, discernment, and responsible application. Embed AI skills into the skills taxonomy, career pathways, and everyday workflows so AI capability is integrated into how every function operates. • Partner with the Total Rewards team to align skills, career pathways, and development with job architecture, ensuring leveling, roles, and growth speak the same language. • Design practical, sticky learning experiences—structured learning journeys, curricula, workshops, and programs across digital, live, and experiential formats. • Optimize learning platforms and tools by curating content to priority skills, driving adoption and completion that translates into real capability. • Manage relationships with learning vendors and partners. Evaluate, select, and negotiate with vendors; integrate their content against skills and AI priorities; hold them accountable for adoption, quality, and ROI. • Apply an organizational development lens to diagnose capability needs, design interventions, and connect individual development to team and organizational effectiveness. • Enable managers to have meaningful development and career conversations, equipping them to use pathways, skills, and learning to grow their teams. You bring 8+ years of experience building talent development, learning, or organizational development in global, high-growth environments. You are a skills and career-architecture expert who has built or deeply shaped skills taxonomies, competency frameworks, career pathways, and progression models. You understand how skills, roles, leveling, and development interconnect and have partnered with compensation or total rewards functions to make them coherent. You are an expert in learning experience design, creating practical learning that drives real behavior change and capability growth.
