Payoneer, a global fintech platform founded in 2005, is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Development to lead learning and capability-building initiatives across Greater China. This is a strategic, high-impact role in one of Payoneer's fastest-growing regions.
You will own the end-to-end execution of the talent development strategy, translating business priorities and regional leadership needs into structured learning programs that drive measurable capability shifts and engagement. Key responsibilities include:
• Execute the regional talent development strategy in partnership with senior regional leaders (SVP/Regional GM level), ensuring alignment with global standards and local business goals.
• Design and deliver scalable learning ecosystems—including onboarding, manager development, leadership readiness, and technical/professional skills programs—using digital, live, and experiential formats. Focus on outcomes and capability shift, not just participation metrics.
• Drive retention and career growth by creating relevant, engaging learning experiences that signal Payoneer's investment in employee futures. Track impact rigorously.
• Lead world-class program execution with exceptional planning, stakeholder alignment, communication, and operational discipline. Own end-to-end delivery and measure results.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with learning vendors and platforms (e.g., Coursera). Hold partners accountable to quality, ROI, and strategic alignment.
• Bridge global and local contexts: adapt proven global programs for China's market while surfacing innovative local ideas that can scale globally.
• Facilitate and deliver high-impact workshops and learning experiences in Mandarin and English, creating engaging environments where participation is genuine.
You bring 8+ years of talent development, learning, or organizational development experience in global, high-growth environments. You are strategically minded, commercially aware, and understand how talent density and capability drive business outcomes. You excel at learning experience design—creating practical, engaging, sticky programs—and bring exceptional project/program management discipline. You are skilled at vendor management, leverage modern learning tools, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and communicate with clarity and authenticity.
