Adonis is an AI orchestration platform for healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), backed by $95M+ in funding including a recent $40M Series C. The company is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, with primary focus on Engineering and Product teams.
In this role, you will report to the Head of TA and serve as a strategic partner to leadership across the organization. You'll own end-to-end recruiting for Product and Engineering roles, while also supporting hiring across GTM and operational functions as the company scales. Key responsibilities include defining hiring priorities and candidate profiles in partnership with tech leadership, sourcing and engaging top talent through creative and personalized outreach, managing the full candidate lifecycle from initial contact through offer, and collaborating with the broader TA team to enhance recruiting processes, tools, and reporting infrastructure.
You'll play a central role in shaping Adonis' recruiting strategy and employer brand, experimenting with new candidate sourcing approaches (including AI recruiting tools), and ensuring consistent delivery of an excellent candidate experience. You'll champion company values throughout the hiring process to build a diverse, high-performing team.

Healthcare hiring experience is a plus. You should be a strong sourcer comfortable experimenting with new outreach strategies, have excellent communication and relationship-building skills for working directly with senior leadership, and thrive in fast-paced, high-change environments. Passion for candidate experience and ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities are essential.
