AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead hiring operations across India. This is a dedicated people leadership role with significant executive exposure, reporting to VP and SVP level leaders in the region.
You will lead and develop the India recruiting team, managing 2-5 recruiters (FTE and contractors) and a Recruiting Manager overseeing operations/volume hiring. You'll serve as the primary Talent Acquisition strategic partner to senior leadership, providing market insights and hiring counsel while ensuring global alignment.
Key responsibilities include: leading and shaping India hiring strategy in partnership with senior leadership; developing and managing the recruiting team with clear performance standards and accountability; establishing structured, data-informed interview processes and decision frameworks; partnering cross-functionally with Finance and HR on headcount forecasting and hiring timelines; personally executing high-impact Director-level searches and sensitive leadership hires; and owning industry and university recruitment strategy for India to build pipelines supporting both experienced and early-career hiring.
