The company operates across 27 offices globally with 2,300+ employees and is valued at $11 billion, backed by leading investors including Sequoia, Visa, Mastercard, and T. Rowe Price. As Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations in the CEO Office, you will own end-to-end market expansion across APAC. This is a high-visibility role reporting to executive leadership, combining strategic planning with hands-on execution across the company's most critical growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include: • Own new country expansion strategy: Lead market selection, opportunity sizing, and competitive positioning across APAC. Define the path to win in each market. • Design market entry models: Determine licensing paths, entity structures, and commercial models. Translate complex regulatory and licensing requirements into operational blueprints. • Shape product roadmap: Partner with Product and Engineering to align regulatory requirements with concrete product scope and launch sequencing. • Drive executive decisions: Present market prioritization, launch readiness, and investment recommendations directly to CEO Office leadership and senior executives. • Build expansion operating system: Create scalable tools, templates, and governance rhythms using AI-assisted research, competitor analysis, and automation to systematize market entry and reduce manual work. • Run launch governance: Own go/no-go decisions and launch-readiness processes with cross-functional sign-off, risk assessment, and mitigation planning across product, operations, regulatory, and commercial dimensions. • Flex onto CEO Office priorities: Support strategic reviews, restructuring, migration projects, crisis response, and cross-market structuring exercises requiring disciplined leadership and executive communication. You bring 5–8 years of experience from top-tier strategy consulting (MBB or equivalent), regulatory/financial services law, or fintech/payments strategy and expansion roles with meaningful market-entry or licensing project exposure. You have a proven track record owning complex, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end, strong operating discipline in structuring multi-workstream programs and running governance cadences, and experience with regulatory and licensing topics in financial services (payments, e-money, banking, card issuing). You actively use AI tools for regulatory research, license mapping, competitive analysis, and workflow automation with good judgment on verification. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.
