Imprint is a fintech company that modernizes co-branded credit card programs for major brands like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, Fetch, and Shell. The company combines payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and customer data to create personalized financial experiences without requiring brands to become banks. Backed by top-tier VCs including Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, Ribbit, and Khosla Ventures, Imprint is addressing a $300+ billion market of legacy co-branded card systems. As Senior Manager of Strategic Finance, you will own Imprint's corporate financial model and serve as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional leadership. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with direct accountability for the numbers driving critical business decisions and the narratives presented to the board and investors. Key responsibilities include: designing and maintaining the corporate financial model and consolidated forecast; owning monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis cycles; running the planning cadence and translating variances into actionable insights; building board materials and investor narratives; providing decision support on strategic initiatives, pricing, and ROI analysis; partnering with Commercial, Risk, Growth, Data, Accounting, Treasury, and Capital Markets teams; pulling and synthesizing data from BI tools (Looker, Sigma, Tableau); identifying automation opportunities using AI tools; and presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders. Success in the first 90 days means demonstrating strong financial modeling capabilities, establishing credibility as a trusted strategic partner, owning monthly and weekly reporting with autonomy, identifying process improvements, building cross-functional relationships, surfacing actionable insights that influence major decisions, and elevating the quality and speed of board and investor materials. This role is ideal for someone who thinks like an investor, has strong commercial judgment, and is confident challenging assumptions rather than simply reporting results. You'll have direct exposure to the C-suite and work weekly—not quarterly—to steer the business toward the right outcomes.
