Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building energy-efficient solutions to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. As Senior Manager, Sourcing, you will build and lead the corporate services procurement function at one of the fastest-scaling AI infrastructure companies.
You will own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for corporate services categories including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel. This encompasses strategic category ownership, market analysis, complex contract negotiations, and supplier performance management. You will lead, hire, and mentor Sourcing Specialists to expand the procurement team, serving as a trusted business partner to corporate leaders across the organization.
Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive sourcing strategies that deliver measurable cost savings, conducting rigorous spend analysis, negotiating complex vendor contracts, and managing strategic supplier relationships. You will drive continuous improvement in procurement practices while aligning initiatives with organizational goals to support Crusoe's rapid growth.
You bring 10+ years of dedicated procurement experience with a primary focus on indirect procurement and corporate services. You have a proven track record of developing strategic category plans that generate measurable financial impact and operational efficiency. Advanced contract negotiation capabilities and supplier relationship management expertise are essential. You are skilled in spend analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels. Hands-on experience with modern Procure-to-Pay platforms (Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba) is required.
Bonus qualifications include prior experience in fast-paced technology companies or high-growth startups, specialized expertise in professional services or facilities categories, an MBA or advanced degree, and professional procurement certifications such as CPSM.
