Apptronik is a human-centered robotics company developing AI-powered humanoid robots (Apollo) for manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and beyond. As Senior Manager of Service Materials & Infrastructure, you will lead the strategic architecture and operational execution of the Global Service & Support inventory function, demand planning, and internal supply chain. You are the orchestrator of a scaling global support network designed to maximize fleet uptime for Apptronik's commercial robots. This is a growth-horizon role: while your immediate focus is establishing world-class local inventory controls, systems integrity, and warehouse infrastructure, you are inherently building the blueprint for future expansion. As the company scales, this role is designed to expand organically into broader fulfillment and international logistics operations. Key Accountabilities: Inventory Control & Systems Integrity: Own service demand planning configuration and management in partnership with Supply Chain, Production, and Finance. Transition manual or fragmented inventory tracking into automated systems (Salesforce, Business Central). Design and execute cycle counting and physical inventory audit methodologies across all nodes. Own tracking and traceability for high-value subsystems, custom mechatronic modules, and specialized service kits. Strategic Material Optimization: Partner with GSS Leadership and Corporate Supply Chain to architect predictive demand models for critical spare parts and Field-Replaceable Units (FRUs). Formulate and execute regional safety stock and inventory allocation strategies across global depots (TX, CA, NY, London) aligned with localized fleet sizes. Establish and optimize closed-loop reverse logistics workflows for defective components, including return tracking, staging for engineering teardowns, refurbishment, and failure analysis. Global Warehouse Infrastructure: Architect, standardize, and scale physical warehouse and parts-cage configurations across all deployment sites. Lead multi-site layout and capacity planning efforts. You bridge tactical floor operations with corporate financial planning, transforming the inventory function from reactive support into a high-yield operational engine. You thrive in high-growth environments, possess executive presence, and bring a solution-first energy to cross-departmental collaboration.
