Salary: USD 157,450 - 259,800 / annual
ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager of Sales for the Manufacturing vertical to lead a team of 8 Enterprise and Strategic Solution Sales Executives across the US. You will drive rapid new business sales growth within a defined territory focused on Enterprise and Strategic Manufacturing accounts.
In this role, you will own territory strategy development in partnership with Sales Operations, including competitive landscape analysis and go-to-market planning. You will actively participate in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development while supporting your sales team in closing deals. You will recruit, coach, and mentor team members to drive excellence, develop territories and quotas, manage accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting, and achieve annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
You will serve as a subject matter expert and ServiceNow authority in C-level meetings, leveraging the company's offerings to drive strategic conversations. You will build effective cross-functional relationships with Solution Consulting, Sales Specialists, Technical Support, Professional Services, Legal, Sales Operations, Marketing, and the ServiceNow executive team.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5+ years in Enterprise Segment sales; Strategic Enterprise (10K+ employees) strongly preferred
- Startup mentality combined with enterprise software pedigree; track record of success in large, matrixed enterprise software organizations with startup-level hustle and adaptability
- Manufacturing industry experience (nice to have)
- Proven new business sales leader with strong presentation and negotiation skills, including C-level engagement
- Consistent quota over-achievement in Enterprise/Strategic sales with transferable track record
- Strong talent builder with history recruiting, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teams
- Strategic and financial acumen with analytical planning skills to hit and exceed quota and business goals
- Process-oriented with experience driving sales processes and partnering with Sales Operations
- Business-savvy understanding of IT landscape and business drivers
- Relationship builder capable of developing long-term, senior-level strategic relationships
- Adaptable and thriving in fast-changing, high-growth environments
- AI-forward mindset; uses or critically evaluates AI tools to improve workflows, decisions, or problem-solving
- Travel flexibility; able to travel 50%+ as needed across US accounts and representatives
