Salary: USD 135,792 - 178,227 / annual

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management to join the Network Operations team. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end operational excellence by managing, maintaining, and overseeing significant projects and strategic initiatives across the company. The role leverages subject matter expertise and a cross-functional lens to lead and coordinate multiple large work groups, ensuring efficient, repeatable processes that reduce operational, financial, compliance, and regulatory risks. Core responsibilities include leading efforts in program standardization, operationalization, and issue resolution, including root cause analysis. You will develop, present, and maintain executive reporting materials to keep senior leadership informed of program status, projects, and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include: - Drive end-to-end operational excellence by measuring, monitoring, and executing to reduce operational, financial, compliance, and regulatory risks - Manage large, multiple cross-functional work groups supporting and optimizing end-to-end program processes - Lead, oversee, and coordinate various projects, products, and strategic initiatives - Leverage subject matter expertise to drive program standardization, operationalization, and issue resolution efforts - Develop and present executive reporting materials to senior leadership - Identify risks and improvement opportunities for new programs - Organize and catalog meeting notes, action items, decisions, and follow-ups - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience, 6+ years of program and project management in healthcare, 6+ years of change management and process improvement experience, and 6+ years solving health plan operational problems. Bonus qualifications include experience in rapidly scaling organizations, an MBA or healthcare-related master's degree, and familiarity with Google Suite. The position is based in the New York City office with a hybrid work schedule requiring 3 days in-office per week. Thursdays are mandatory in-office days for team meetings and events, with two additional flexible office days. You will report to the Director, Process Improvement.
