Salary: USD 122,212 - 160,404 / annual

Oscar Health, a technology-driven health insurance company founded in 2012, is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management to join the Network Operations team. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end operational excellence across the organization. In this role, you will manage and oversee significant projects and strategic initiatives, leveraging cross-functional expertise to lead multiple large work groups. Core responsibilities include: • Drive operational excellence by managing large, cross-functional work groups that support and optimize end-to-end program processes while improving visibility into internal operations • Lead, oversee, and coordinate various projects, products, and strategic initiatives across the company • Develop and implement program standardization, operationalization, and issue resolution efforts, including root cause analysis • Create and maintain executive reporting materials to inform senior leadership on program status, projects, and strategic initiatives • Identify risks and improvement opportunities for new program development and implementation • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Organize and maintain critical program documentation including meeting notes, action items, and decisions • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to optimize efficiency and process improvements You will report to the Director, Process Improvement and work with a rapidly scaling healthcare organization focused on reducing operational, financial, compliance, and regulatory risks. Required qualifications include 6+ years of program and project management in healthcare, 6+ years of change management and process improvement experience, and 6+ years solving health plan operational problems. A bachelor's degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience is required. Bonus qualifications include experience in rapidly scaling organizations, an MBA or healthcare-related master's degree, and proficiency with Google Suite.
