The mission is to enable continuous book closing, reconciliation, and reporting so finance leaders can focus on strategic decisions rather than manual work. As Senior Manager, Product Success, you will architect customer operational success from day one in this high-impact, 0-1 role at the intersection of accounting, AI implementation, and customer outcomes. You will be a key strategic contributor, not just a support resource. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy and configure AI financial agents by working directly with founders, accountants, and mid-market controllers to translate complex accounting policies (like ASC 606) into automated logic. You will configure, test, and tune AI agents and account structures to map to specific business rules and data pipelines. - Drive onboarding strategy and playbooks through evidence-based testing to identify friction points across customer sizes, building scalable frameworks that accelerate time-to-value. - Bridge product and commercial teams by acting as the ultimate internal customer advocate, collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to ensure customer voice is represented in product workflows. - Master customer jobs-to-be-done by becoming a product expert, tracking usage, proactively mitigating risks, identifying expansion triggers, and driving long-term platform adoption. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: - Technical accounting fluency with strong background in accounting or finance, solid grasp of revenue recognition (ASC 606), and understanding of modern ERPs. Must be able to speak fluently with both controllers and engineers. - Customer-facing ownership with strong experience or desire to work directly with customers. Experience in customer success, implementations, technical account management, or product operations leveraging accounting background. - Owner and value-driven mindset with exceptional organizational skills, proven track record managing complex stakeholder environments and hitting aggressive deadlines. Must thrive solving ambiguous problems. - AI-maximalist with deep passion for emerging technology. Must understand how to prompt, configure, and optimize autonomous systems to handle deterministic, complex financial rules. Preferred Qualifications: - CPA license or heavy experience auditing (e.g., Big 4) or managing revenue and accounting. - Data proficiency with ability to independently navigate analytics platforms to interpret platform health, onboarding data, and user behavior.
