Precisely is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Marketing to lead product marketing efforts across Data Quality, Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Integration, and related data management capabilities. This is a people management role where you will lead a small team of Product Marketing Managers, setting direction, coaching for growth, and holding the team accountable for messaging quality, launch execution, and pipeline impact. You will own the market narrative for these core data management capabilities and influence go-to-market strategy, serving audiences ranging from data leaders to business stakeholders. You will remain a hands-on contributor while building the processes and standards that enable your team to scale. Key responsibilities include: - Lead and develop a small team of Product Marketing Managers, setting priorities and coaching for growth - Own segment-level narrative, value proposition, and messaging frameworks that unify solutions into a coherent story - Guide your team in translating product capabilities into differentiated, outcome-oriented messaging - Direct launch planning for major releases and cross-portfolio initiatives - Drive cross-functional alignment across Product Management, Sales, and other Marketing functions - Partner with Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Web & Brand, and Communications to shape campaign strategy - Develop persona-based messaging and thought leadership for data leaders, governance owners, and business buyers - Support account-based programs for strategic accounts - Partner with Sales Enablement on readiness development You will partner closely with Product Management, Sales, and other Marketing functions to translate portfolio capabilities into clear value, sharp messaging, and measurable business outcomes. You will help shape how the broader team adopts AI to work smarter.
