Salary: USD 235,000 - 265,000 / annual
Binance.US is a licensed and regulated U.S. cryptocurrency exchange and a top-ranked crypto platform. The Senior Manager, Product Design leads a multidisciplinary design function shaping the Binance.US product experience across all customer touchpoints.
In this role, you will balance people leadership, design strategy, and hands-on execution. You'll lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Designers while remaining actively engaged in key design initiatives. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Growth, Analytics, Research, and Compliance teams to create compelling customer experiences and impactful brand storytelling that drive business growth and customer trust.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a multidisciplinary team of Product Designers, fostering innovation, collaboration, and design excellence
- Contributing directly to high-priority design initiatives through hands-on design work, creative direction, design reviews, prototyping, and executive presentations
- Partnering with Marketing, Communications, Growth, and Product teams to ensure cohesive customer experience and consistent brand expression across all channels
- Leading a visual refresh of the Binance.US product experience, evolving the design system, patterns, and best practices to deliver a modern, cohesive, and scalable user experience
- Managing hiring, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and professional development for the design organization
You should have 10+ years of Product Design or UX Design experience, with 5+ years of people management experience leading high-performing design teams. Experience designing for fintech, cryptocurrency, trading platforms, financial services, or regulated industries is strongly preferred. You'll need proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on design execution, drive end-to-end product design outcomes at scale, and collaborate effectively across functions.
