Salary: USD 136,500 - 211,000 / annual
Scribd is seeking a Senior Manager of Performance & Organic Growth to lead the company's customer acquisition strategy across its portfolio of products (Scribd, Everand, and Fable). Reporting to the Director of Growth, you will own strategy and execution across paid and organic discovery channels—including paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, SEO, and LLM-driven search visibility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing integrated performance marketing strategy across paid and organic channels, with accountability for budget allocation and ROI optimization
- Managing and developing a team of channel specialists (paid search, paid social, affiliate, SEO, LLM visibility)
- Leading attribution modeling and reporting across all channels, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize spend and performance
- Partnering with brand marketing and creative teams to integrate performance channels with brand storytelling for cohesive customer acquisition
- Collaborating with creative teams to produce high-performing assets
- Identifying and testing emerging channels to capture new market opportunities
- Fostering a culture of learning and performance within the team

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6+ years of experience running performance marketing channels with meaningful paid budgets at a B2C company
- 2+ years of direct people management experience
- Strong expertise in paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing; working knowledge of SEO and LLM visibility
- Demonstrated mastery of marketing unit economics (LTV/CAC, attribution, incrementality); Media Mix Modeling (MMM) experience is a plus
- Experience evaluating or owning marketing technology (ad management, SEO monitoring, attribution tools)
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and apply data insights
- Comfort using AI tools in marketing workflows (testing, reporting, creative production)
- Understanding of creative best practices and experience collaborating between buying and creative teams
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Customer-obsessed mindset
