There is potential for this role to grow to include managing direct reports over time. Ideal candidate has 5–8 years of progressive HR operations experience at high-growth tech or startup companies, with meaningful ownership of HRIS and people data functions. You have hands-on experience building or re-architecting people systems (not just administering them), strong people analytics skills, and experience designing service delivery models.
